What about Umbria?
Who doesn’t love an Italian vacation? Certainly, most of you have travelled to the big cities such as Rome, Florence or Venice.
Umbria, who?
Umbria is a region in Italy that neighbours Tuscany, Lazio, and Marche. It is renowned as the country's green heart and is famed for centuries-old villages, deep woods, and regional food, particularly the prized truffles and wine. The mediaeval Palazzo dei Priori and the Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria art museum may be found in Perugia, Umbria's hilltop capital.
Main capital: Perugia
The historic center of Umbria's capital is a true 14th- century village, one of the most beautiful and beloved in Italy. A small jewel full of characteristic narrow streets bordered by majestic palaces, beautiful churches, artistic and monumental treasures. It boasts a very intense city life, linked to the presence of the two historic universities, the University of Studies, founded in 1308, and the University for Foreigners, the largest in Italy, but also to the many international events such as Eurochocolate (www.eurochocolate.com) and Umbria Jazz (www.umbriajazz.it) , which attract tourists from all over the world.
Sightseeing in Perugia
Points of interest to see are many. Get to the historic center via the ancient Rocca Paolina to Piazza IV Novembre with the Fontana Maggiore. This is overlooked by the Palazzo dei Priori and the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. Among the other most-visited sights is certainly the Perugia Aqueduct, a hydraulic work of exceptional engineering, which managed to impart reverse force to the water so that it served all 4 kilometres of its extension.
LA VILLA
La Villa is located 450 metres above sea level in the verdant hilly environment of Umbria, in the middle valley of the Tevere, a masterpiece in classical architecture just 35 km from the main capital Perugia. If you seek privacy and luxury at the same time this mansion with its infinity pool surrounded by our own vineyard is for you.

We have six suites, each with its own unique design but all with a distinct modern style and vintage Italian flare. The main house's two luxury bedrooms and two studios are exceptionally big and have just been restored. Each piece of furniture is comfortable and modern, with enormous glass windows connecting it to the outside. There are two further flats in the neighbouring home "Dependance" with integrated kitchens and wonderful views.
This selection may be enjoyed while sitting next to the pool and looking out over our vineyards. With approximately 300 sqm of outdoor area and elegantly furnished terraces, you may spend hours relaxing in the sun on the comfy sofas.
