When Oliver, the owner of Only Summer, saw the barren brown piece of land with a ruin of a house in the middle, he envisioned something no one could imagine: a feel-good oasis combining luxury and nature in the middle of the Mediterranean, which was something he missed dearly in all his international business trips around the globe. Integrating nature into your holiday
In the beginning, Only Summer's owner and his then-young family just wanted an ambience for a sporty life on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca when they first set foot there. Island life takes place outdoors all year round. Spreading a connection to nature and to oneself was something this family integrated instantly, and which finally became what Only Summer stands for today.

As Only Summer describes, the idea is to experience the feeling of living endlessly in summer. For this purpose, a small finca in the island's interior was renovated over several years. And when Oliver was at the construction site at LA FINCA, he swung the shovel himself. The art-savvy furniture expert searched the Mediterranean for unique interior and exterior products to combine with regional craftsmanship to create a fascinating variety. Guests from all over the world should feel at home at any of Only Summer's vacation properties. In addition, guests are allowed to buy selected individual pieces directly on-site, as if in a showroom. This product range now goes far beyond exclusive furniture and handicrafts but has also added several vacation homes as well as local produce.

LA VILLA in Italy offers its vineyard, and guests can experience lavish wine tastings with the region's specialities. At LA FINCA in Mallorca, Olive trees have been planted to be able to produce and offer their own ecological olive oil. A specially planted vegetable garden serves the healthy self-sufficiency of all guests and inspired a seasonal cookbook.
